The Kids Concierge team is available daily from 8am-11pm to help parents and children make the most of activities in the hotel and surroundings of Beirut.
Upon arrival, families are welcomed by dedicated Kids Concierge staff members, giving out welcome activity packs filled with fun gadgets for kids and freshly squeezed juices.
During each family’s stay, the Kids Concierge will assist in booking family-friendly activities and restaurants, and share preferential rates and discounts from 3rd party companies.
We are ready and waiting to make your stay memorable
All rooms and suite categories from Premium Sea View upwards can accommodate one extra bed comfortably in the room. For a family of four our Junior Suites and above are the ideal family accommodation. Alternatively we also have some interconnecting rooms (Suite & Room together) if you require separate rooms for Adults and Children.
We are sure that the children will love our special in room amenities, such as popcorn, homemade cookies and whole fruit as well!
As an extra treat to make their stay fun and memorable, each young guest will receive

Planet Trekkers is Phoenicia’s summer club just for kids, offering an exciting range of activities for all ages. From 10am to 7pm daily, young guests can enjoy anything from themed lunches* to hand crafting or sports. There’s even a ‘Kids Planet Trekkers App’ to download, featuring games, photography activities and additional fun.
This service is offered on a complimentary** basis to in-house guests.

Books, books and more books! Borrow as many books and games as you want from our Kids Trolley. Every day between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm, a team member will pass around with a special trolley for kids, loaded with stories, games and coloring books to borrow during your stay.
