Winemaker dinner at Eau De Vie
To indulge the select wine aficionados of Lebanon, the Phoenicia Hotel Beirut hosted on March 17, 2016 a winemaker dinner where wine lovers and media representatives gathered to enjoy a beautiful evening at its panoramic Eau De Vie restaurant.
The exquisite wining and dining experience held in collaboration with Château Kefraya featured a wine making session, and was artfully paired with a delicate 3-course menu. Guests were treated to exquisite signature dishes and scrumptious desserts like home-made salmon Gravlax, Apple and fresh baby herbs, Angus beef tenderloin, Bleu cheese polenta with root vegetables, poached pear and sorbet, chocolate Crumble and Tonka cream.
After sampling some exquisite award-winning wines like Blanc de Blancs 2014, Coteau Blanc 2012, Chateau Rouge & l’Atelier and Nectar Chateau and expanding their knowledge from Kefraya’s wine connoisseur, guests were able to create their own blend of wine, put it in a bottle, label it and take it home with them!
