Phoenicia Beirut announces ISO 22000:2005 certification

Phoenicia Hotel is proud to announce its recent ISO 22000:2005 certification, confirming that it meets the set of international standards issued by the International Organization for Standardization relating to food safety management.

Phoenicia Hotel aims at producing safe food to its guests by providing a focus on existing food safety management activities, processes, and regulatory requirements. Safety is strictly monitored from the initial step of purchasing raw material, receiving through preparation, cooking/baking, cooling, reheating, and holding, until dispatching of finished food items. The ISO 22000:2005 certification is a guarantee that Phoenicia Hotel will always remain true to its purpose by ensuring that food safety conditions will be fulfilled.
